Read, Rate & Review~Thursday, Oct 1st!

Welcome to TwiSlash Unveiled!

We really appreciate you coming back week after week to see us. Every Thursday, The Master and Whitlock's Girl try to bring you a story that will knock your socks off. We hope you enjoy this week's story.

Gasping for Air

SUMMARY:

Jasper is a young man with a dark past. No one should have to survive the horror he had to endure. All he's looking for is a friend but he find much more than that...

Val, aka The Master:

Oddly enough, this story was almost my recommendation for this past Tuesday, so when Donna suggested it as our Thursday review, I was all over it. “Gasping for Air” by Wolfenmoon1313 is about naïve Jasper and Edward; two strangers who have a chance meeting at coffee shop and learn a lot about in each other in a very short amount of time. As of chapter six, the story has only covered one day, although there are characters’ back stories weaved through the povs-and what back stories they are!

Jasper easily has one of the most tragic pasts I have read about in any Twific. Having watched his parents be brutally murdered while he was sexually molested, coming out of it mentally and physically scarred for life. Edward’s past, while not quite as tragic, included a horrific experience for him as well. Both are confused, due to their pasts, about their sexuality-neither ever really considering if they were gay, straight or bisexual. In fact, Jasper hasn’t had an erection in the seven years since his parents death.

However, after literally running into Edward, at a coffee shop, Jasper has his first erection, and is at a bit of a loss as to what to do about it. Scared, he runs off before even getting Edward’s name. Experimenting in the shower, he masturbates to Edward’s image, realizing just how good being sexual can feel.

Edward also feels the instant attraction to Jasper and after picking up Jasper’s dropped backpack, he discovers Jasper’s address and hand delivers it.

Needless to say, Jasper is shocked to find the green-eyed beauty of his shower fantasy at his door, however he invites him and the beginning of a relationship starts as they realize they have so much more in common than they ever could have imagined.

While I really enjoyed this story, especially Jasper’s incredibly dark past, I do feel their discovery of ‘I’m gay’ was quick and coincidental, as neither realized they were gay prior to meeting each other and within half an hour, Edward is coming out of the closet to his friends. My other quirky moment was shortly after Edward showed up at Jasper’s, they are awkwardly declaring their desire for each other and sharing their histories-it just seemed to move a bit fast considering how shy and naïve they both are.

Also, the first chapter, I had a bit of a difficult time concentrating because all I kept seeing was the pronoun fail (numerous sentences beginning with I, he, she, me, we, it etc) which was a bit distracting for me. However, overall, I enjoyed the story and would recommend it, I am curious to see their relationship progress emotionally and physically. Be sure to leave the author some love if you enjoy it!

Since I have the worst case of the flu I think I've ever had, along with my 9yo son being ill as well, I'm find myself falling farther and farther behind. Combined with last week's laptop fail, I'm slowly getting overwhelmed and I hope you'll forgive me for taking a tiny break.

So, when Val asked what we were doing for today, this story was the first one to my mind. A good friend, Zulfiqar had rec'd it to me the night before and I thought we'd give it a go because it wasn't the typical story.

From Jasper's, and also Edward's, tragic past to Jasper's experimentation with self-pleasure, to the budding relationship between the two that came about kinda quick, in my opinion, I felt my emotions running the gamut. I have to say that I enjoyed the story immensely. I can't wait to see what their relationship becomes and how it gets to where it's going.

At just six chapters, Gasping for Air is a quick read and a pretty good one as well. Like Val said, the first chapter's pronoun fail is hard to swallow, but other than that the story is fabulous.

The Proper Use of Inanimate Objects

Jasper Hale is a fucking tease. Jasper/Edward, various inanimate objects. Sex.

We originally had a different story chosen for this week’s review, however I was in serious read/review fail mode and just didn’t have time for twenty-two chapters-so at the last minute I went in search of a shorter fic for us to get done in time and found “The Proper Use on Inanimate Objects” by 0oxymoronic0 on someone’s C2-it qualified in length and review count so Donna agreed and here we are.

The first word that came to mind when I sat down to write this was OUCH! The author does warn his/her readers of inanimate objects being used sexually, most often a baseball bat. While I appreciate the warning, and am very glad it is there, I thought-okay, I can deal with that.

Yea, I might have been wrong about that.

This is a vamp fic, which eased my mind a bit…knowing they were not human. Bigger OUCH! I’m not naïve, okay maybe a bit, I know this shit exists, have even seen some of it, but that doesn’t make it easier to stomach, or understand the desire to even attempt something like this.

While the bat is not used in an abusive way, it is handled a bit roughly by Edward on Jasper. At first, their relationship seems based off experimenting, sexual gratification, and pure lust. However, as it continues, they do seem to evolve into a slightly more caring, although still very sexual, relationship. The last few chapters’ lemons are, to me, more enticing than the experimental object play. The writing is very good, but I wish for more between Edward and Jasper-more connection, more dialogue-it seems the story is just one object play to the next…and I just want more than that.

Now if you are looking for pure smut that might push your limits a bit, this is the one for you, but if you are searching for that deep emotional connection and smart dialogue between Edward and Jasper-best to move along and save this one for a ‘omg, I need hard smut bad’ nights!

I've been sucked into the world of Queer as Folk as I have just gotten the entire set and I've been on this HUGE QaF marathon. Val wasn't pleased with me when she learned I'd never watched before. So, I decided I was going to take a small break from writing and reading fic and recharge my batteries with the entire QaF story. So, when Val suggested a shorter story, I was quite happy. The other story is good and we'll sneak it in soon. As for this story, I ... umm ... well ... yeah, I just don't know what to say.

0oxymoronic0's The Proper Use of Inanimate Objects just isn't my thing. Like Val, my first thought was OUCH! Actually, I think I said, "bat? omg wtf ouch!", but no matter what the first reaction was, the story just baffles me.

I'm not stupid, or naive or ignorant, I know people do these things, but I'm just not sure why. Anyway, if you are into that sort of thing, then I suggest you give The Proper Use of Inanimate Objects a shot.

First, congratulations to SassyGeminiMom for winning our inaugural TwiSlash Unveiled slash fanfiction contest with her story “Bunny Ranch.” Second, thank you to everyone who read the entries and voted in the contest, your effort and time is greatly appreciated by all of the staff. As part of the prize for first place, we are reviewing “Bunny Ranch” for this week’s Read, Rate and Review. In order to validate the contest entries, Donna and I divided up the entries to read-this was not on my list so, when I sat down, I was eager to read the first place winner.

“Bunny Ranch” focuses on Bella, the owner of a high class and well established strip club and escort service in Las Vegas. Of course, I found the hottest part of this one-shot to be when she interviewed Jasper for a position as a stripper/escort. Not only did we get some lovely southern Jasper charm, but he is described in the most delicious of details. As much I would have liked to have seen things progress between them, I had to keep reminding myself this was a femme slash fic, not Jasper/Bella.

Alice is Bella’s assistant, roommate and best friend. While they are not current lovers, they are former lovers, having experimented in college (and who of us hasn’t, right?). Alice is Bella’s right hand man, so to speak, helping her out in all aspects of their careers, including providing the necessary distraction for Bella while she is interviewing Jasper by sending her instant messages, including nude images from Jasper’s portfolio. Being a wonderful friend also means knowing when to offer a hug. After the interview, Bella is particularly stressed and Alice offers her a comforting hug, which leads to some very sour lemons and declarations.

While I admit, femme slash is not my thing, I enjoyed this story for the friendship (and hot Jasper) factor alone. The lemons were definitely sour and detailed and anyone enjoying femme slash will definitely need some extra undies after reading this fic.

Again, congratulations to SassyGeminiMom for her win; and everyone else open up word and write us your best poly fics for our next contest! I look forward to seeing those entries!

It's not the first time I've envied Isabella Marie Swan and I'm sure it won't be the last. In Bunny Ranch, she has it all. She's successful and surrounded by people that care for her. Petite, sexy Alice as a roommate, best friend and assistant. Hot, gay Emmett (no gay Emm sex for those of you that won't go there) as a best friend and yet another assistant. Tall, confident, slightly cocky Jasper “Whitcock” Whitlock as a new employee and the enigma that is Edward Cullen.

So, what's missing?

SEX!

One year, three months and twelve days.

That's a helluva fucking dry spell and Bella's feeling the heat and not just the Vegas heat either. She spends her days surrounded by hot men and women and as a bisexual woman she's in sex heaven, but she's too busy to take advantage and refuses to cross that line. She, unlike some of her competitors, takes care of her employees, giving them a well paying, safe work environment and a place that many are able to use as a stepping stone towards their real dreams and their happily ever afters.

This story is just that - it's a story, a very short story and is exactly what I was looking to find when TwiSlash Unveiled unveiled this series of contests. I didn't want just smut or just a one-shot. I wanted a story. I wanted something that leaves you panting and begging for more and SassyGeminiMom has provided it in Bunny Ranch.

I would love for her to continue it. I can see more Alice and Bella sex – which is some of the hottest girl on girl action I've ever read and makes me want to use it as inspiration for the future – but I can also see some Jasper and Bella action. Some Alice/Bella/Jasper action and as comfortable as Jasper was standing naked in front of Emmett – who was perusing the fine piece of Southern nakedness in front of him – I can even see some Emmett and Jasper action. (And y'all know how much I like me some Gay Emmett.)

Then there's Edward Cullen to attend to. Is he straight? Is he bi or gay? One can't be sure, so it leaves even more unanswered questions floating around.

Don't Let Me Go

Once again, we are straying, or trying to, from our comfortable box. Course, my box is slightly-okay, a LOT smaller-than Donna's, but regardless we are expanding our tastes, for lack of a better word. We decided to look for a yummy poly this week, but when all the slash ones didn't wet our appetite, Donna came across a poly BDSM goodie for us to munch on. I admit, I cringed when she said it was Edward/Bella and Emmett. Yes, my hard limit flashed before my eyes and I was about so say "NO", when she told me there was no slash between E/Em. After a huge sigh of relief, I began.

"Don't Let Me Go" by LionLambForver begins with a large dose of action when Bella is caught in a night club fire and is rescued by Emmett and Edward, firefighters. Bella is a widow, and a natural submissive, who was at the club investigating her husband's death. At first, she is accused of setting the fire, but is quickly cleared by Detective Jasper (YAY). Both Edward and Emmett feel an immediate connection, attraction, to her, to the extent of checking on her later that night after they are done working. They take care of her, bathing her and spending the night in her bed. They are gone the next morning, but not before cooking her breakfast and leaving her a note. The next time they are together, Edward and Emmett tell her they are Doms and had frequented the night club-which specialized in Dom/sub entertainment. Bella eventually tells them of her background, her childhood and marriage, informing them of Jacob, a man she was betrothed to at fifteen years old. Edward and Emmett both want to be her Dom, apparently, they are quite good at sharing and have the desire to share Bella. She agrees and some mind-blowing sex ensues.

The thing I enjoyed the most about this story is quite odd actually. Yes, the smut was good-well written, hot and sexy, but I admired the author's ability to tell the story in third-person pov. This is not, in my opinion, an easy task to do. I think it is more difficult to draw a reader in when they can't get into the story teller's head. However, LionLambForever manages to suck us in anyway-with detailed descriptions of emotions, lengthy chapters and of course smut. Even though we don't hear, or read, Edward thinking how tight Bella is, we know it anyway from the descriptions given and dialogue spoken. I have only read two other third-person povs (both by the same author) and am amazed every chapter I read how the story develops even with no real "voice."

I recommend "Don't Let Me Go" for a nice little non-slash poly with some Edward/Emmett love. The author has developed an interesting side plot, has lovely smut scenes and it is long enough to give you time to enjoy and get to know the characters. Besides, who can resist Edward and Emmett in fireman's gear-can anyone say "Firefighter Calendar?" Mmmm...Edward as Mr. June coming right up!

*GIGGLES* I'm sorry! My brain is in the gutter. It's fucking 2am on Thursday morning and Val just said "box", "munch", "yummy" and "appetite in one fucking paragraph. OH, FUCK IT! Her entire first paragraph cracked my shit up and I'm still trying, two hours later, to get myself under control. Yep, it probably won't happen so you'll just have to deal. Sorry.

Anyway, I'm supposed to be gushing (*giggles* I said gushing!) over LionLambForever's fuckawesome story Don't Let Me Go so, let's get back to that.

You probably recognize LionLambForever from a few weeks back when I recommended Forever My Love as a Secret Craving. Well, just as with Forever My Love, Don't Let Me Go showcases Bella (Lucky bitch! Oh shut it. You know you're thinking the same fucking thing) with two hot ass TwiGuys, only this time she gets sandwiched between Emmett and Edward, instead of Jasper and Edward. (Either way the chick just hit the fucking lottery.)

Like Val said, the sex is fucking awesome. Seriously, grab the toy box, spread that towel under you and say "FUCK IT" to the panties because there's just no need adding to the laundry pile, in my opinion.

But the smut isn't the only thing that drew me into this story. It's the authors' voices. They peg, oops, nail...OH SWEET JESUS! How come all my verbs are coming off as sexual innuendos? Anyway. The authors' manage to capture Emmett, Edward and Bella nearly flawlessly and they do it all in the 3rd person POV. Not an easy feat.

I'm with Val. I want the boys in their turnouts and carrying a hose!

Ok, so this review has been bugging me all day. Why? Well, words and I aren't getting along this week, at all. I think it comes from writing 4 chapters last week only to have the muse desert me in the end. Anyway, while I dealt with being a single mom all last week and trying to lure the muse back out of whatever hidey hole she escaped to, Val was a dear and found us a story for today. THANKS BABE!

So, where was I? Ahh, yes. "Lessons". Lessons are a thing we all have to experience. Whether they be lessons in life, in love or school, Lessons are a part of life that one can not escape, no matter how hard one might try. The lessons in EmmyDoll's story are lessons Edward desires Bella to learn. Lessons I believe we all might benefit from a bit.

How does he manage to do this?

By embracing the monster inside and dominating Bella. Teaching her Humility, Self-Respect and Thankfulness. All valuable lessons that I myself have had to learn in life. Unfortunately for me, though, I didn't have sexy, mysterious, intelligent, dangerous Domward spanking my ass when I stepped out of line while I learned them. FUCK ME! That would have made those lessons much, much easier to swallow.

The Bella in this story is bit...umm...what's the word I'm looking for? Oh yeah! BRATTY! Now before you get your panties in a wad - assuming you're even wearing any to begin with - I wholeheartedly admit that Bella's brattiness annoys me,but I secretly think it's done purposely. I mean, come on! Wouldn't you push Domward's buttons if it meant you got punished afterwards? Fuck yes! In a fucking New York minute. No questions asked.

Seriously though, the story is a really good read and even though there are some errors throughout it, none of them detracts overly from the pace and tenor of the story. All I can say is live and learn your "Lessons"!

So, in order to keep with my new ‘stepping out of the box’ theme, we decided to take a little liberty with our “secret cravings” category to include BDSM that does not contain any slashy moments (at least not yet. We decided to do this because I came across a little fic called “Lessons” by EmmyDoll, featuring a lovely vampire Domward-and he was just too hot to resist.

"Lessons" is actually a sequel to “Selfish Behavior”, but you do not have to have read “Selfish Behavior” in order to understand "Lessons", as it can completely stand on its own. Each chapter is titled after a ‘lesson’ that Bella must learn for Edward. She is punished for failing to learn the lesson, or encouraged to learn it sooner, by Edward’s sessions. The first chapter, he teaches her humility, putting one’s feelings before her own, by making her compose a letter to Jacob, apologizing for kissing him. Edward tosses out her first many attempts, finally having her strip and write naked in order to concentrate on her words-to write from her heart and not what she imagines he wants her to say.

Bella’s second lesson is self respect. Edward overhears a conversation between her and Alice regarding Bella’s belief in her lack of skill when Edward teaches her to play the piano; she feels she is not smart enough to take on such a task. He canes her until she admits that she does not feel she is good enough for him, or his family. After their session, she explains her feelings on inadequacy to Edward, and his reply is that “Sometimes, it is okay to think and do what makes us feel good. This includes feeling good about ourselves”. Very poignant reply, and yet another lesson learned for Bella.

The third lesson is thankfulness. While Edward is hunting, Jake is ‘assigned’ to take Bella up the mountain. With specific instructions from Edward, Jake convinces Bella to go with him; however snowfall hinders their travels. Knowing Edward would not want him to carry Bella up the hillside; Jake pulls out a sled and a harness. See, it is handy to have wolf as your best friend!

Y’all know me by now-and my feelings on canon stories; however I am good with Edward/Bella (and there is, so far, very little Alice and no Jasper), and this story has already provided some excellent smut with more promised. The lessons are ones we should all learn, and if I was going to be taught, I want Edward as my teacher-with Jasper has his assistant.

While there is no slash in "Lessons", it contains some lovely scenes of the BDSM variety, surely enough to leave you wanting more lessons from Domward and his humble, thankful, self respecting Bella. If you enjoy Domward –and he is very Dom sometimes- then this is definitely a story to check out, alert and come back for more!

Read, Rate & Review~Thursday, August 13th!

Welcome to TwiSlash Unveiled!

As we do everything Thursday, Val and I try to dig deep into the fandom and pull forth those little known fics that we think you'll love. This week is no different than any other week. We've even managed to change it up a bit and today we bring you a Jake and Edward story.

But, without further ado, we bring to you...

Meeting Him

“J-Jacob…” Jacob nuzzled his neck and gently reached a hand into Edward’s pants. “Yeah baby?” Edward shivered. “I want you…” Jacob smiled against his neck. “Prove it.” AU. All human. M for safety.

So, once again, Donna and I were like ”omg what do we do for a story this week?”, because DAYUM if Thursday doesn’t just sneak up on our asses. So, Donna did what she does best and scoured her slashy resources and pulled out “Meeting Him” by xXAngle WingsXx. “Meeting Him” is about Jacob Black, an openly gay man-whore in high school who suddenly has his dick set on Edward Cullen. Edward has been attending the school for four years, but it is not until a growth spurt the summer before his senior year that starts to garnish him attention from others-ie Jake. They first meet, accidently of course, when Edward bumps into Jake and Jake hits on Edward and based on Edward’s blush and slight hard-on, Jake confirms that Edward is indeed gay. Edward tries to resist the charms of the man-whore, but his sister, Alice, has inadvertently given Bella some information about Edward to pass on to Jacob. When Edward is stranded on the side of the road, Jacob comes to his rescue and they decide to skip school. Jake puts his new found knowledge of Edward to good use, taking him out to lunch and then dining on Edward under the table-if you know what I mean! After, Edward realizes that all Jacob is after is his ass and he wants Edward for nothing more than a fuck buddy-which shatters Edward’s heart.

While this story has some potential and I have discovered that Gay Jacob is *not* a hard limit for me, there are some small things that could use improvement. A few grammatical errors and one or two continuity errors as well; however at this time, neither of these are enough to distract from the story itself. The voices in the story do sound a bit…young? But I am hoping that is the voice of the characters and not the author. I would also love to see some more detail. Edward is a beautiful boy and I want to read about that, as well as Jacob-his russet skin, black hair and incredible body!

The saddest part about this story is that four chapters into and I have no read the name Jasper once. Sigh.

I am not sure I will continue to read this story; I will definitely give it another chapter or two, as I am interested to see where she takes the characters. I do recommend at least giving this story a shot, if nothing else, you might learn something about your hard and soft limits. If you find out that gay Jacob turns you on as much as Jasper, then you can move on to another other slash genre!

Whew! We found a story that isn't an Edward & Jasper pairing that didn't make Val squeamish! My job for the week is done. LOL! (You know I love you, Val.)

“Meeting Him” is a beauty and geek story with a twist. Only this time the beauty is none other than Jacob Black, who didn't even realize that Edward attended school with him until Bella pointed it out. I like that Edward is the innocent and Jacob the man-whore. It's a refreshing change from fanfic and more canon-like.

There were a few errors that I noticed, but nothing that greatly distracted from the reading. The biggest issue for me was the age of the characters or rather the maturity of their voices in the story. They sound a little young to me, but the story has great potential. I can see the story growing and expanding into a beautiful accounting of the budding relationship between Jacob and Edward.

I'll be adding this one to my alerts so I can see if it follows the Beauty and the Geek story line through to the end. I'd like to see Edward tame Jacob's man-whore ways and teach him about relationships and love. I'd also like to see Jacob teach Edward why he's so popular with the boys. EVEN THE STRAIGHT ONES!

When Donna was searching for a story to review this week that both of us to enjoy, she came across “Fate” by Twitterbug and we both jumped on it. Both of us have had an insane week and had procrastinated finding an appropriate story to review. “Fate” begins with Jasper’s life being saved from an oncoming car by Edward (Tyler’s van anyone?), leaving them cramped in a small space in a rather compromising position. In these tight quarters with sexy Edward, Jasper begins to get aroused; and he tries to will his erection away. Needless to say, when Edward ‘accidentally’ rubs against Jasper, Jasper realizes he is not the only enjoying their lack of space. I will say, this scene was oddly hot, fully dressed Edward and Jasper dry humping, even if not resulting in a orgasm, is win…always.

Jasper takes a chance and invites Edward on a date, which Edward accepts. While on their date, we learn that one of Jasper’s previous boyfriends, James, was possessive and physically abusive to Jasper. We also learn that Edward has had a tragic event in his past as well, although he has yet to share this information with Jasper. Near the end of their date, Jasper receives a phone call from…James. The next day, Edward is at work at the hospital and meets someone from Jasper’s past-which sets off a phone call to Jasper from a panicked Edward.

While there have not been any full lemons yet, the small slices she has given us are delightfully sour. The dry humping, and kisses have been full of UST-which is always a good thing. There are a few small grammatical errors in the story, but nothing that distracts from the plot itself. There might be a bit of cheesiness in it, but it seems to make it more endearing then annoying, in my opinion. Perhaps it is the personality she gave the boys, or if the cheesiness is on purpose or not - either way it works here. I enjoyed what Twitterbug has done so far, and I hope she can continue to develop their relationship, the James plot and some hot lemons in future chapters.

Like Val said, we kinda procrastinated this week in finding y'all a story, but I think that we found one that's unique with just a touch of the "Twilight" feel to it.

"Fate" was a delightful surprise. When I first opened it I wasn't too sure, but as I continued to read the more I was drawn in and the more TwitterBug piqued my interest.

At first I didn't like that the story was moving so fast, but I changed my mind when Jasper received the call from James. I'm an impatient bitch and greedy, too. Now I like that the story is moving a bit faster cause I'll get to find out even sooner what kind of trouble our boys are in for. What I also like is that the angst in their relationship doesn't seem like it's going to come from them being gay, but from an outside source. While I don't mind stories like that - I read several just like that, in fact - I like the refreshing change of pace that "Fate" seems to be bringing us.

I agree with Val about the citrusy feel to the few kisses and touches. They will get there, of that I have no doubt. TwitterBug has a gem on her hands. I can't wait to see how she polishes this one up.

“Submit”, by Lovum-N-Leevum, was one of those stories I happened to come across while searching for something else, bookmarking it to come back to it later. Well, it is later and I am glad I had it bookmarked. “Submit” takes place in an alternate universe, “where BDSM is the cultural norm.” This itself, was intriguing, but then she goes on to suggest that “male/male and female/female relationships (bisexuality basically), is completely acceptable, so 'homophobia' does not exist.” What a beautiful and peaceful world that would be!

Edward is the new kid at school, and Jasper is the royal Dominant; which to me is similar to captain of the football team in other schools. Their lives collide, literally, when Edward runs into Jasper in the hallway, bouncing off Jasper’s hard body. Even though he is intimidated by Jasper’s appearance (black leather pants!) Edward gives Jasper a few choice words before leaving. Unfortunately, Edward is partnered with James, another Dominant in the school with his sights set on taming Edward, for a science project. Jasper approaches Edward, informing him that he fully intends on making Edward his sub and that he will take him body and mind. Constantly having to ward off James’ advances tires Edward and when Jasper offers him a break from those advances, Edward jumps at the opportunity. Little does Edward know what he has gotten himself into.

My only complaint about “Submit” would the chapters are too short, they certainly leave you wanting more. There are a few grammatical errors, but nothing that can’t be ignored for the promising plot this story definitely has. There are only three completed chapters, and while there has not been any smut, I have a feeling there will be some incredible slashy goodness between Jasper and Edward. A story I recommend and look forward to continuing to read.

Come on, who doesn’t love some Domsper?

When Val suggested “Submit” I was a bit leery, but I was busy and agreed to open it up and give it a go.

While “Submit” is short in chapter length and story length, the premise is fucking stupendous. An alternate universe where the world is ruled by the rules of BDSM and Jasper is a fuckhot Dom! OH HALE FUCKING YEAH! SIGN THIS GIRL UP!

Jasper is the reigning Dom at Forks High and he wants Edward, but he doesn't just want Edward's body. He wants Edward's mind, as well. To be honest, I don't think Jasper will settle for Edward's mind and body. To me, Jasper will not rest until Edward submits to him mind, body and soul.

I can't wait to walk the path that Lovum-N-Leevum is building for us in “Submit”. It's bound to be a fabulous journey.

Honestly, when I first came across “Show Me a Garden that's bursting into life”, I bookmarked it, although I realized might never read it. Since I’ve been burned by a few Edward/Jasper/Bella storylines, I tend to shy away from anything E/J/B. Actually, shy is an understatement, run like hell is more like it. Irrational? Yes. As some of you know, I am Team Jasper, in every story, in every way. So, when I see this genre of storyline, I automatically fear for Jasper’s little broken heart. With my OCD, I need to be fully aware of what I am getting into before becoming invested in a story, as I have a difficult time stopping a story once I have started to read it. Thus, I tend not to start a story that I know might be difficult for me to complete. I do not have much time to read, so when I do, I want it to be enjoyable.

“Show Me a Garden” introduces us to PhD Jasper, who has accepted a position teaching history at private high school. It is there that he meets Edward, a music teacher; Bella, an English professor; and the rest of the Cullens. Jasper lives on campus in a dorm-type-apartment with his roommate, Emmett, and he is quickly accepted in the close -knit group of friends. He attends dinners, movie nights and school functions with them all.

Jasper is quiet, observant and relaxed; and he catches the eye of bisexual Edward. Edward suffered a traumatic accident a few years ago that left him injured and a more than a bit bitter. Jasper has his own troubled past, from which results some serious trust issues. A friendship develops between the men as they gradually move into a deeper relationship. They feel more comfortable with each other than they have felt with anyone else in a long time.

Bella, who will factor into Edward and Jasper’s relationship, is dealing with the stress of having an emotionally and verbally abusive boyfriend. While the group of friends had suspected James, Bella’s boyfriend, was abusive, it was not until Jasper caught James threatening Bella that they had hands-on proof. While Jasper didn’t necessarily hurt James, much, there could be some aftermath, as James is a police officer.

“Show Me a Garden” by atypical-swan is slower-paced than what you might be used to; I admittedly found myself reading quickly over some of the finer details. However, if you are a Jasper/Edward slash lover, and are intrigued (and not scared, as I am) by how Bella will fit into their possible relationship, this is might be a story for you.

Rosella's thoughts

This weeks RR&R is not your usual hot, smutty, lemony one-shot or short story. Nope. This story is something much deeper. It begins with Jasper relocating to a new town as Dr. Whitlock, professor of history. He meets several different characters, all very accepting of his presence, but what lurks in the background is something we see a lot in our society today. Jasper ponders his previous career as a marine and the lack of support he got from his comrades and family when they found out his sexual preferences. This may put a damper on your mood at first (ignorant minded people suck), but soon after we find out that this new school is very accepting of all lifestyles.

We are led through his daily life with such detail that you really feel as if you are a part of his world. I felt a connection with Jasper within the first paragraph, and not just because he's my favorite character either. Atypical-swan does such an amazing job of leading us through his trials and tribulations. And the friendships he makes only help to further expand the emotional bond to each of the characters in this story.

Upon meeting Edward, Jasper is completely taken aback by his beauty and intense gaze. He is enamored with him and finds it difficult to even look away from him. This was when I started to wiggle in my seat in anticipation of what was to come. The potential for the two of them as couple is a path of discovery that is very intriguing as each of them has their own pasts/issues to work through. Bella's involvement with the two men leads to a potential poly pairing, and you all know I have a thing for the poly stuff, especially E/J/B. I'm really looking forward to see where this all goes.

Honestly, the Master did a great job summarizing the details, so I don't want to sound repetitious. All I can say is this is truly an amazing storyline, even if the deeper stories aren't your thing and you're more into the lemony one-shots. Give it a try and make sure to leave atypical-swan some love and a review.

Read, Rate & Review~Thursday, July 16th!

The story we chose this week in just one chapter, but it is definitely worth the time, especially since the author plans on continuing the story. We hope that with all of your love and ours as well, that we can convince the author to continue writing sooner, because this one NEEDS to go on.

Beyond All Imagination

Rosella's summary & thoughts~

This is one intensely written chapter. It features a poly pairing of Jasper/Alice/Edward and seriously does one hell of a fine ass job getting the reader all worked up. I was hot, bothered, panting, and swearing under my breath, and that was before Jasper brought Alice to her climax in the middle of class with Edward watching.

These vamps use their abilities to tease and taunt each other, with Edward and Jasper mostly gearing their focus on each other. By the time the end of the school day approaches, you end up with three very turned on, aggressively sexual vampires. Yum-my! The best part is towards the end when one of these vamps gets pushed to the side lines while the other two get hot and heavy. I'll let you find out who for yourselves. *winks*

Just to warn you -- there is no full on lemon, but the bits and pieces are such tempting little teases that it’s even more erotic that way. Beyond All Imagination is supposed to continue, so let’s give Lolavella the love and support she deserves and maybe she’ll continue this even sooner.

I give this a 4 out of 5 on the sizzle scale,...only because we didn’t get the full lemon…yet.

Donna's thoughts~

Beyond All Imagination really delves into the minds of Edward and Jasper, giving you an amazing look at what seems to be common practice between Edward, Jasper and Alice. Jasper's teasing of Edward is FUCKHOT and panty wetting. Edward's frustration is palpable and sexy as hell.

Give Beyond All Imagination a shot. Remember the best presents come in small packages and you don't want to miss opening this one.

On the sizzle scale, Rosella and I are in agreement. I give Beyond All Imagination a 4, just because we've not reached the lemon, yet!

It reached out from the bottom of a dumpster dive, grabbing them and just won't let go. Without further ado, we bring to you...

Breathe

I was actually on a mission for another blog when I came across this story and I while I was not able to use it for my original mission, I immediately forwarded it to Whitlock’s Girl and said ‘we got to review this fic’. I had not even read more than two paragraphs at that point, but I knew it was going to be good. When I finally sat down today to read it in its entirety, I realized I was wrong.

It is not good.

It was excellent. “Breathe” by Zulfiqar was not what I expected, and I have loved every minute of it.

“Breathe” is an incredibly appropriate title, as the story begins with Jasper, a successful, slightly reclusive author, attempting a jog through the woods when he suffers an asthma attack. While he uses an inhaler to ward off the attack, it does not work and the attack progresses to severe, and just as he loses consciousness he finds himself being rescued by a complete stranger. When Jasper wakes in the hospital two days later, under the care of Dr Carlisle Cullen, Jasper promises to take better precautions with his health. However, Jasper immediately pushes himself once again, determined to meet his five mile goal, and suffers a panic attack. Again, he is rescued and brought to the hospital where Dr Cullen treats him and introduces him to his rescuer, Edward Cullen.

Edward and Jasper form an odd friendship, one born out of the necessity of Jasper having strict instructions to not be in the woods alone. Since Edward’s property borders the woods, he is volunteered by Carlisle to be Jasper’s running companion. Their friendship is uncomfortable at first, as Jasper is extremely shy and has not ever had a ‘real’ friend. He is eager to spend time with Edward, but finds himself questioning Edward’s reactions to certain questions and situations. They take hikes in the woods, where Jasper finds that in Edward’s company, he remains asthma and panic attack free. They learn that they share a love for classic books, Lincoln, Hitchcock and music. Jasper finally works up the courage to play the guitar for Edward, who joins him on the piano. Their friendship progresses into something more with the time they spend together. There are some cute moments of humor within this story, the cutest being when Jasper admits to Dr Cullen that he had a small panic attack in the shower one morning after ‘daydreaming and getting out of breath.’ Hmm…wonder what Jasper was doing in the shower that got him out of breath?

While this story focuses, at the moment, on developing a relationship between Edward and Jasper, there is a mystery to be solved as well. Hints are dropped throughout the story that Edward, and Carlisle, are vampires. Their cold skin, Edward’s reluctance to eat with Jasper, and his sensitivity to odor are all key indicators. However, he does eat with Jasper (although we don’t know what happens after), and appears to be your normal everyday guy. Another mystery is what led to the scars Edward’s sees covering Jasper’s back. Jasper has, so far, refused to talk about them.

This is one story that I think will be enjoyable all the way through, with unseen twists popping up along the way. Zulfiqar has done a wonderful job with developing their friendship before moving it into a romance, her pace has flowed nicely, as has her dialogue. While there has not been any smut yet, there has been a few sweet, heart racing kisses and some cuddling. If the kisses are any indication, when, and if, she moves their physical relationship along, it will be hot. This story really does have it all, romance, friendship, love, angst and most definitely, some mystery. “Breathe” is an Edward and Jasper slash story I would definitely recommend to anyone enjoying a story behind what smut might be to come. I would easily read this story all the way through even without smut, as her characters, especially Jasper, have captured my heart. They don’t come much sweeter or more vulnerable than her Jasper.

Val did such a great job summarizing this story that I'm not even going to go there, but I am going to tell you what I thought of "Breathe". I can't keep my mouth shut over this story. I was even messaging Val while reading it.

When Val sent it to me, I opened it up and was immediately engrossed, enthralled, pulled into the awesomeness that is "Breathe". I just couldn't stop reading it. It was like every word, fuck every letter, was like a hook and I was just a mere unsuspecting fish.

The story builds slowly as the two begin a camaraderie and tenative friendship, slowly learning each other's subtle nuances. What I like about "Breathe", is that it's not an instantaneous love connection. It's about being friends first and learning to know one another, learning that love can grow from that friendship.

"Breathe" is just starting to get to the romantic magnificence I know that Zulfiqar will deliver. How do I know this will be magnificent? The entire story is magnificent. From the very beginning it was elegant and I find myself struggling for words that will do it justice. The last chapter was beautiful and sweet with the acknowlegdgement of their feelings and desires. Their first kisses and cuddles were heartfelt, touching and simply perfection. So, how can it not be absolutely magnificent?

Pashtess is a new writer when it comes to Twilight FF, but she is definitely not new to Fan Fiction itself. With currently six stories in four different categories it's obvious Pashtess is one of those writers who writes what she loves, and has very diverse taste buds.

Lucky for us her first venture into Twilight Fan Fiction included a succulent little slash story involving Edward, Jasper, and the desire for some quick money.

Cella's Opinion~

Have you ever gotten one of those naughty cravings to be able to see a straight boy turned gay threw manipulation and money?

Oh come on you can admit it, I know I sure have. Broke is based on exactly that sort of situation.

Edward and Jasper are both broke and have found themselves on a couch while a man they don't know stands behind a camera and offers them each $100 to simply jack off while watching porn. It's a simple enough request, and what guy could resist $100 to do what he does for free during his down time? Certainly not these two.

Things start off innocently enough with both guys dropping their pants and watching as a girl gives head on the television in front of them, but that's when their camera man decides to up the ante. $50 more for Jasper to reach over and get off Edward.

Will Jasper agree? Will Edward let him? And if they go threw with it, what will the camera man offer next?

All these questions and more will be answered when you read this tantalizing tale.

Personally, I think this one-shot has the potential to become a very fun little series if the guys pass on the news about how to make the quick cash to their friends, and as for the friend who recommended they go there to begin with, let's just say I wouldn't mind hearing about his experience as well.

Broke was hot and had me squirming in my seat, but unfortunately it stopped just a bit too soon for me. So, I give this story a four out of five on our sizzle scale because I think Pashtess was a tease for not taking the story as far as she could have, and I want to give her some incentive to give us a little more!

For some reason I had a hard time feeling a connection to any of the slash stories I found this week, but after reading this smokin' hot Jasper/Edward one-shot I knew this was the one to recommend! This short story is very well-written and hot as hell from the very beginning.

Jasper and Edward are looking to make a little money and do some 'unorthodox' things with each to gain the extra cash. Despite their unsanitary surroundings and the creepy Mike Newton watching nearby with a camera, it's actually very...stimulating.

You completely forget about the scenery the second you read this line, describing the yummy Jasper...

"He brought his hand to his mouth and spit into his palm. His eyes focused in on the porn, as his fingers wrapped around his shaft and he began to stroke himself."

This is the moment when everything began to feel warmer and I completely zoned out everything around me to fully concentrate on Jasper stroking his own cock.

And if that isn't hot enough, then throw in Edward sitting right next to him stroking his own cock as well. Do you see where I'm going with this? It just keeps getting better as they each accept more money to add more stimulating activities. *wiggles eyebrows*

The only thing that's a bit disappointing is we don't get to see a full on lemon, but I find it to be a very satisfying one-shot regardless. In fact, I think I enjoyed being teased. *smirks*

I give Broke a 4 out of 5 on the sizzle scale. This short story is sure give you a pleasurable tease, and you can finish off by having some play time of your own.

This week you're going to notice a bit of a change. We are sorry to be doing this, but with Yankee Lady's ever growing list of graphic art requests and the Belles' increasing writing demands, we all were feeling the pinch. So, we've decided to split the ranks and alternate Thursdays. Every other Thursday, The Master and Whitlock's Girl will review a story and then the next week, Rosella and Cella will regale you with their latest find. We hope you enjoy the new format.

When “The Best of You” by Crash Hale was suggested as this week’s review, I admittedly cringed a bit. Fem slash is not exactly my cup of tea, but this is one of the reasons I was interested in doing this blog, to expand my Twific genres to include not only the canon/non-canon, but the really non-canon OOC as well. So, I bravely opened up my browser and clicked on the bookmark. I was…pleasantly surprised by this little story, six chapters so far. Alice is an established fashion designer living in NYC with her girlfriend of five years, Bella, a co-owner of a tattoo parlor. While their appearances might have changed, long haired Alice and blonde Emmett, their personalities and character traits are still present; such as Bella’s ability to blush at the drop of a hat. One night, while waiting at a club for Bella, Alice meets a studly bartender, Emmett and they hit it off immediately. We quickly learn that Bella and Alice are not exclusive to each other and both occasionally, er, dick around; Alice with random guys and Bella with Edward, the vice president of Alice’s company. Alice introduces Bella to Emmett and after a few sexually charged dances and kisses between the three of them; the girls invite Emmett back to their place. He agrees, of course, thinking he just hit the lotto with these two beautiful girls willing to take him home.

What happens once they arrive at their loft, you will have to read yourself. I, for the most part am self proclaimed fem slash avoider, was not as wigged out by reading this as I expected to be. I suspect it is Emmett’s presence, making it a three-way, that alleviates some of my fear of straight on fem slash. The three of them are sweet together, flirting, bantering and even hanging out together the day after. I am interested to see how this relationship between the three of them progresses, if at all. As we know, three can be a crowd and Emmett is no small boy! If you are not squeamish about fem slash, hell, even if you are, give this story a shot. It has the potential of becoming an interesting poly between Emmett, Alice and Bella.

Donna's take on "The Best of You"...

I'm a big fan of Crash Hale's work and when I got the alert that she'd started a new story, I raced to read it. "The Best of You" is a new twist on a polyslash story. Normally, we see Edward, Bella and Jasper as the three in love, wading through the angst ridden waters of forging a triad relationship in a society that discourages anything that wavers from the norm, but not this time. This time we have Bella and Alice, best friends and lovers of five years who've created a life together with the agreement that a little dick on the side in a good thing and Emmett is the lucky guy that lands not one, but both girls.

Alice is as effervescent, bubbly and hyper as always. Her dick comes in various one night stands and hookups, while Bella, the shy, introverted one, gets a little piece of Edward whenever she needs something Alice and the toy box can't fulfill. The funny thing is, they've never their side items, keeping those to themselves while enjoying the main course together.

When Bella is late meeting Alice at a club, Alice kills the time flirting and dancing with Emmett, fantasizing about having both him and Bella in her bed. She wants them to pleasure her together and she wants to share Bella with Emmett. This is unforged territory for the girls and Emmett, as well, but they manage to get through it. Boy, do they manage. GAH! I had to take a break in my reading to find the towel.

I have a feeling, though, that there's some deeper story behind our beautiful, blonde Emmett. Grrr! The man makes me want to grab him, but I'm not sure if I want to do hug him or fuck him, or both.

Anyway, as with all Crash Hale's stories, there's a fabulous back story to each of her characters and I for one can't wait to find out each and every little nuance that makes Emmett, Alice and Bella tick.

While The Best of You is currently only six chapters long, it's got loads of promise to be an epic tale of love, lust and LOADS of hot sex and mind numbing orgasms. Oh, and don't worry, Crash Hale updates regularly, on average of once every three or four days, so you won't be kept waiting too long.

So, grab your towel and head on over to "The Best of You" and give this one a read through. Be sure to grab a bottle of water, though, we can't be responsible for anyone getting dehydrated.

Yet another Thursday is upon us and that means we are bringing to you a little known slash fic and giving you our opinions on it.

First, though, I must mention that we've flipped over the dining room table and are hiding behind it, waiting for the shots to ring out, cause we know we just might piss some people off.

Second, please remember that we are here to recommend stories that are worth the effort and time and to warn away from others, via a Rosalie smack to the back of Emmett's head, if need be.

Unfortunately, this week I think we've caused poor Emmett some serious brain damage with the story that was chosen.

First up is Rosella's POV...

My review is going to be short, simple and straight to the point. This story is horribly written and very hard to get into, making the characters feelings and the setting very unbelievable. I didn't even get past the first chapter, which says a lot because I always give a story at least two chapters worth of reading before giving up. As far as the sizzle scale is concerned, this story gets a rating of 1 from me, DON'T BOTHER UNBUTTONING. Sorry folks, this story wasn't for me.

The Master's thoughts...

“The Awakening” by Kaiistar is a slash story about teenagers Jasper and Edward. Jasper has moved to Forks after his grandmother dies, and he is taken in by his aunt Renee and her daughter, Bella. Edward lives with his father, Carlisle, and sister, Alice. Jasper and Edward meet at school and there is an instant attraction; from here, they both admit to being gay and crushing on each other. While I originally found this story in someone else’s favorite, I now question their judgment in what they add to their favorites list.

This story could be worse. It could also be a LOT better. This author needs a beta, or if they have one, get another, because the grammar mistakes enough were to make you want to run. Along with plot lines that sounds vaguely familiar (PTSD anyone?). Also, the more I read, the more I realized that clumsy blushing, sleep taking Jasper was just Bella with a peen. Unrealistic and convenient are the first words I would use to describe this story. Unrealistic in the sense that these two TEENAGE boys are allowed to sleep together in Carlisle’s house, provided they be responsible and use protection that Carlisle provides..oh and put a sock on the door to warn everyone-which sounds a little college dorm roomish to me. Convenient because this is just one big piece of fluff and while Jasper does suffer a bit from PTSD, his recovery is quick and requires no long term medical attention. Carlisle and Renee are dating, therefore their children are constantly together. How convenient.

There some laugh out loud moments though. The first night after spending the night, Edward tells Jasper he spoke in his sleep.

“Kept hitting me telling me to round up the troops and setting out very elaborate battle plans”

Also, is EVERYONE in Forks gay? Seriously. Jasper? Gay. Edward? Gay. Bella? Gay. Alice? Gay? Mike? Bi. Lauren and Jessica remain straight. Lauren is determined to convince Edward to bat for her team again and goes about this by exposing Jasper’s fear of fire to the entire school, causing the boys to ‘come of the closet’ before they are ready. Sound familiar?

I really wanted to like this story. It’s Jasper and Edward slash! I was hopeful, but those hopes were dashed by the end of the second or third chapter (I did read the entire story). I think the author shows a bit of promise, but she needs a beta that will tell her honestly when she is heading in the wrong direction, what is working and not working…and hopefully catch a few of those unnecessary grammar mistakes and typos.

Some stories are so good that you recommend them to your friends and think about them for months or even years later, Awakening is not one of them. When I was first informed that we would be reviewing this story I ran to go read the story description, and then eagerly jumped at the opportunity to engross myself in another delicious Edward/Jasper slash. How sorely disappointed I was.

The best thing about The Awakening is that the story is already complete and only fifteen chapters long so it isn't taking up too much cyberspace, but even this one good quality is ruined once you check the writer's profile and discover that the sad excuse for a slash story actually has a sequel. I will admit that the story is quiet hilarious when you first start reading it, of course that's only because the writing is so preposterous that you can't believe that someone actually posted it.

The story from what I did read was about Jasper moving into his Aunt Renee's home, who lives in the lovely rainy city of Forks. Jasper's nana has recently passed away and he is devastated, but you won't get that impression while reading the story, since Jasper's pov is a bit hard to follow. So hard to follow in fact that I personally wanted to close the story after the first two paragraphs.

Selflessly, I forced myself to read the first whole chapter, and suffered a serious migraine. There's a story out there for everyone though, and this particular one of course has its own small following even if I'll never be a part of it.

With all that said, I am giving this story a one on the sizzle scale, because let's face it if you can't get past the first chapter how can you enjoy anything? So don't bother unbuttoning ladies, or better yet don't bother reading because I'm sure you have much more entertaining things to do, such as having a root canal done.

Ok, so following Cella's review is going to be tough, I'll give it a go.

While "The Awakening" is a sweet story, albeit, a poorly written one, I can say I made it through. BARELY!

There's a lot going for this story. It has a decent plot line, serious humorous moments, but on the flip side, there are some critical flaws. It's mainly filled with poor grammar and spelling errors, but I have 3 betas for a reason people. So, I don't have much room to talk on that front, but I think, though, with an honest beta, that possesses serious grammar skills, this story could easily be turned into a readable and enjoyable piece of slash fic fluff.

So, with that said, I give this story a 1 on the sizzle scale, because of the flaws and not the story itself. If the author grabs a beta and puts in the work, I'd be happy to revisit my thoughts on the story because the potential is there.

As you know, today is the day that we will be introducing you to a little known piece of fanfiction and giving you our opinions on the selection. This week's selection drew mixed reviews from the Major's Southern Belles and Yankee Lady, so let us know what you think of...

Cella says...

Bella’s change has taken place in fan fiction in so many different ways it’s impossible to keep count. Sometimes the Cullen family plans out her change, other times it’s on the verge of death.

Unwrapped has to be one of the more provocative and erotic ways that Bella is turned from a human into a vampire. In this unique one-shot, drinking blood quickly turns the vamps into lust driven fiends.

We find out early on that Edward isn’t the only member of the family that craves the sweet nectar of Bella’s life, and a hesitant Edward wants to ask his Bella to not only share her blood with the rest of his family, but her body as well.

That’s right, no longer a prude Edward seems to have a thing for poly relationships, and wants the whole family to join in. Bella is hesitant to agree until Edward uses a vampire gift more powerful than dazzling to convince her to share herself.

This naughty tale tempts you with only hints of fem slash as Bella and Alice share a hot steamy kiss, and Rose allows Emmett to lick Bella’s Juices off of her own fingers. Although none of the guys enjoy each other sexually, they are definitely not opposed to sharing.

This story is well written and has Bella getting kissed, licked, touched, and fucked by all but one Cullen family member. For all those reasons and one more, I give this story the highest rating possible, and say go grab the towel.

What’s the one more you ask?

That’s easy, Jasper fucking Bella while Edward watches is always a win in my book.

Whitlock's Girl thinks...

I was very leary of reviewing this story. It doesn't include slash of any sort, but it does include a lot of sex, that, to some, would be considered deviant. Normally, sex of any sort is a turn on for me. Well, unless it is a story of incest or rape, of course, but there's just something about this story that makes me squeamish. Don't get me wrong, the sex is well written and if you are looking for a long one shot full of sex, then look no farther, cause this will do. However, if you are looking for a story or even a one shot that is realistic and has a good plot, close the browser and go back to square one, because, in my opinion, this just isn't it.

The characters, while hot, are so OOC that for me it really throws the story off-kilter and into some weird alter ego fantasy realm that does nothing for me. What turned me off the most was Edward's request of, the still a virgin, Bella, but it's followed closely by Edward sharing Bella with father figure Carlisle just moments after deflowering our favorite virgin.

I do have to agree with Cella, that Jasper fucking Bella, while Edward watches is always hot. So, that's why this Southern Belle gives Unwrapped 2 for story and a 3 for sex.

So, depending on what you're looking for, your towel may or may not be needed, but I'll leave that up to you to decide.

We are bringing the holidays back with this one-shot as all Bella wants for Christmas is to become immortal. Edward not only agrees, but also has some ideas of his own. *wiggles eyebrows* His suggestion is to allow each family member, minus Esme, a taste of Bella’s sweet blood & body. His persuasive powers guide her into making a decision that makes this story different from most. As you will see, Bella experiences her change while under the influence of intense feelings of arousal, lust and passion. Mmm, yummy!

It all starts off with Edward making love to Bella for the first time. And the way this lemon is described is enough to get the juices flowing and the fingers roaming. *smirks* Jasper is second in line, and requests a certain position, which Bella quite enjoys, even as both Edward & Alice watch from the sidelines. Bella never takes her mind off her true love, Edward, and feeds off the passion, lust and love she feels for him to make herself a better lover for the others. Rose & Em are next for the tasting, and taste is exactly what they do. By now, Bella has had several orgasms, and Emmett’s fingers have no problem bringing forth another.

Bella is under the impression that this is all cuming to an end; that is until Carlisle makes it known that he would like to bring her pleasure with a little anal stimulation. Edward joins this two-way making the final peaking moments that much better. *panting & throbbing* Gawd, I love polyslash! Now that each Cullen has tasted her, she begins her change burning with not only the pain, but the lingering bliss that follows so many mind-blowing orgasms.

If I had the chance to turn into a vampire, this is the way I’d want to do it. I might make a few adjustments to meet my own personal Jasper obsession needs, but overall this is one hell of an erotic way to be changed. I give it a sizzle scale rating of 4, which means get nekkid & finger happy. So grab your towel and make sure the door is locked because you will most definitely find yourself in quite the compromising situation.

The Master's thoughts...

When the one-shot “Unwrapped” by ECullenitis was first suggested as our next review story choice, I admit to being a wee big squeamish when I heard the term ‘orgy’ describe the, ah, plot. I know, I know, I can handle guy on guy slash and the occasional threesome but not group sex? This is indeed true. I seem to have acquired an irrational jealous streak when it comes to sharing the boys or Bella, therefore, the words “Cullen orgy” sent me into a tailspin. I was pleasantly surprised to find that ‘orgy’ did not necessarily describe “Unwrapped”, a story revolving around Edward submitting to Bella’s desire to be turned into a vampire as a Christmas present to her. However, this acquiesce does not come without a request from Edward and …the rest of the Cullens. Since becoming vegetarians and denying themselves what they desire most, the Cullens have learned to quench their thirst for human blood. Yet, being around Bella daily has left them all yearning for something they have fought hard to forget. Alice has seen a vision of Bella enjoying herself physically with each of them, so Edward uses his dazzling powers on Bella to help with her insecurities and indecisiveness over being intimate, in more ways than one, with the Cullen family.

The Cullens have all requested to be included on Bella’s change, each wanting a taste of her strawberry and freesia scented blood for their own. In turn, they have offered to aide Edward in putting her into such a state of ecstasy that burning pain of the venom will be delayed. Edward, of course, is the first Cullen to be with Bella, taking her sweetly for her first time as they make love on a bed, with the remaining Cullens nearby in another room. Their lovemaking is sweet, tender and full of love. But Bella doesn’t have long to rest after, as Jasper is waiting to get some release from all the built up sexual desire in the household he has been tortured with, while Alice intends to watch and pleasure herself. Anyone who knows me, knows that I ship Jasper and Bella, therefore, I admit to this being my favorite part of the story, and Edward observing from the head of the bed made it even more erotic. Emmett, Rosalie, and even Carlise all have an enjoyable time with Bella prior to her change.

Each Cullen has a taste of Bella, drinking her briefly before sealing the wounds with their venom. True to their word, Bella is on such a high from multiple orgasms, that the change begins with a tingly feeling, rather than an excruciating burn. While this story surprised me with some of the sweet moments between Bella and Edward, I was turned off by the idea of Bella and Carlise together. I see Carlise as a father figure to Bella and their having sex was a bit incestuous to me. Brothers I can handle, fathers I cannot. Also, Edward seemed so out of character here, I had hard time imagining him agreeing to such risky and deviant behavior. I can handle OOC Edward, but this story begins canon-like, with Edward and Bella deeply in love. His sharing her, in any manner, does not seem like something Edward would do, regardless of his family ties or their call for her blood. Although, that being said, the way the entire story was written intelligent and sexy. Sure, the fuck word was used, along with some grunting and groaning, but each coupling was unique and the Cullens finally satisfying some long denied bloodlust was very concupiscent.

So, there you have it. Our take on Unwrapped by ECullenitis. We know that with such mixed reviews that it may be hard for you to decide on whether this story is worth your time, but for hopefully our reviews will help you make that decision.

As a collective, Major Whitlock's Southern Belles and Yankee Lady give Unwrapped an average rating of 4 on the sizzle chart. So, get nekkid and finger happy, then come on back and let us know what you thought.
